WARRIOR WORKSHOP.
This workshop gives you the opportunity to
experience traditional Chinese arts such as
Tai Chi and Chi Gong. After this workshop you
will have a basic understanding of how to lead
a healthy life according to the Chinese principles.
This is a practical workshop where you will work in teams.
Chinese medicine is a diverse and complex subject
and this talk will give you the basic principles
and understandings of the Chinese ways.
A demonstration of Chinese and Tewina therapy
techniques will equip you to deal with some common symptoms.
COLOR THERAPY
An experienced practitioner will guide you
through a colour meditation followed by a short
explanation of the Chakras. In this workshop you
will have the opportunity to work with colour which
will help you to understand the meaning of light
and colour in our lives.
BELLY DANCING
A fun and energetic Eastern dance workshop,
especially for women.
YOGA
This workshop includes different breathing techniques,
Yoga poses and awareness exercises which will leave
you calm and collected.

CONFERENCES
The lodge is an ideal venue for company conferences
and workshops. You can choose between Bedouin tent
or cabin accommodation.
